How to place an order?

Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

Which method of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, Paypal and bank transfer (via PayPal).

How does shipping work?

We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Freance, USA, China, India, etc.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may takebe 3-5 processed and for delivery in the US, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location). Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

Can I cacel an order?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
