Refund and Return Policy

General instructions when receiving a product

Upon receiving the product, check that the product you received is the ordered product, that the product is complete, arrived with all its parts and in proper packaging. If there is a mistake and/or a fault in the delivery of the product, report it to us immediately on the attached FORM.

Note: do not send back the item to us without first sending a request. Products sent to us without first submitting a request will not be accepted.

Canceling a purchase

You can cancel your purchase within the initial 24-hour window at no cost, provided you haven't received notification that your shipment has begun.

Refunds and Returns🗓

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or a replacement. You will have another 15 days to ship back the product if needed, according to our instructions and our return and refund policy as described below.

To be eligible for a return or a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, read our refund and return policy and then fill in the form linckedhere. After filling out the form, you will receive an email with instructions to continue the process.


Refunds and exchanges can be made only if the purchase of the product was made through the averike website store and if at least one of the following conditions is met:

  1. The product arrived in damaged packaging
  2. The product is defective or malfunctioning
  3. You received the wrong product
  4. You regret the purchase of a specific product and want to exchange it
  5. You regret the purchase and want a refund

Refund request due to product issues

If the product you received is not the one you ordered, arrived in damaged packaging, is defective, or is missing parts, you may be asked to provide us with pictures and/or videos.

If we request that you return the product itself for inspection, you will need to carefully package the item and send it back to our warehouse at the address provided to you and in accordance with additional instructions you will receive by email.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Request for product exchange🔄

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

In such a case, you will need to send the product back in its original condition and carefully packaged. Once the product reaches our warehouse and we confirm that it is in proper condition and suitable for resale, we will credit your account and you'll be able to purchase another instead..

Request for a refund due to change of mind🧠

If more than 48 hours have passed since the purchase date, you may request a refund due to change of mind, without providing any reason. In such a case, you will be required to return the intact product, in its original packaging and carefully packaged, to the warehouse address that will be sent to you via email and in accordance with any other instructions you will receive.

Please note!

In case of return due to change of mind,  a restocking fee of 20% from the product cost as well as $5/shipment will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

Guidelines for Product Returns📦

If as part as the process you'll be required to send the item back to our warehouse, it should be sent within 15 days. you must repackage your product in a safe and secure manner.

If an item needs to be returned, who pays the return cost?

  • If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, then it will be up to you to cover the return cost.
  • If an item is defective, arrives not as described, or it's the incorrect item, then it will be up to the store to cover the return cost.

Refunds💰

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds can take 1-10 working days to arrive dependent on your original payment method
  • Any due refund can be sent to your original payment method

Differences between the amount appearing in the order and the amount in the bank🧮

There can be two scenarios in which you may receive less funds compared with the original refund amount:

Scenario 1. The bank(s) charge commission fee after averike transfers the funds.

Scenario 2. The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.

If you receive a refund less than the order amount, please contact your bank to inquire on either of the above scenarios.
